TERMS OF SERVICE

📜 - Commissioning me means you have read and accepted my terms and conditions, so please read them first before you do so. Thank you very much and I hope you choose to work with me.


I DO:
- SFW, Human, Anime, Furry/Anthro, Animals, Light-Gore, Fanart, OC's, Animation (sometimes)


I DON'T:
- NSFW, Mecha, Offensive, Fetishes, Religious, Political topics


⚠️ Pricing can depend on the complexity of the character/artwork requested and I have the right to move around my pricing in the bracket to fit the artwork that is desired! ⚠️




🛡️TERMS OF SERVICE🛡️


If you require a change of the TOS, please let me know prior to paying as I may discuss changes.


1️⃣ - GENERAL TERMS
- All drawings provided include a subtle signature that you may not remove.
- Prices are subject to change based on demand. the price brackets are an "approximate".
- I have the right to reject any order that I believe does not align with my skills or if I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.The final product/WIPs produced must NOT be fed to any AI or modified (without previous approval)


2️⃣ - PAYMENT
- Currency accepted is EUR & USD.
- DO NOT send me any payments before I have agreed to give you a slot and agreed to send me the payment.


3️⃣ - DELIVERY
- I will make sure to let you know the state of your commission along the way and offer reviews to make sure it is right!
- The amount of reviews given will vary on the artwork.
- While reviewing, I may send a WIP sketch/art with a watermark. These images must NOT be stolen or watermarked removed.
- The time I'll take to finish varies because of my studies, but I will usually do them in a week - 2 weeks depending on health, occupations IRL and the complexity of the artwork.
- Once the artwork is finished, you will receive a full-resolution image.


4️⃣ - REVISIONS
- You get 3 revisions included to every artwork.
- A fee may be added if you wish to change something at the end of the final warning - unless I made a mistake on a previous comment, which won't be charged.
- If the original reference or explanation of the artwork is unclear, this may led to lots of changes, so make sure to be precise and communicate with me to make your wishes come true!


5️⃣ - COPYRIGHT🎨 I, Skyla Fox, claim rights to any produced drawing, not the buyer. I am allowed to use the work I produce to:
- Promote myself with it on socials (making sure I identify the buyer/OCs/Characters used)
- Publish animations/Display it in spots of my liking
- Post it on my socials👤 The buyer is allowed to:
- Use the commissioned artwork for - PERSONAL use (unless agreed otherwise) on social media, forums, etc...
- Print the artwork
- Claim characters as your own but - NOT the artwork itself
- Promote yourself (making sure to give me credit on socials)
- Use the artwork in monetized videos (youtube, tiktok -> still crediting the artwork)📌 The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Using the copyrighted artwork comercially (making money in any way) if not stated in the previous point
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Removing my signature
- Altering the artwork without previous approvalFeeding the finished Artwork/WIPs to any AI software


6️⃣ - CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
- If you believe I am not up to par to your expectations while doing the artwork, please let me know. I am here to provide a fun and enjoyable experience, and make sure you come out with a finished piece to your liking and to the approved terms set! I'm willing to change some of my terms if we talk about it ONLY before the commission has started. If you do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can also talk about it.


7️⃣ - REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission within a week of the initial request, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel your order before I start, you can get a full refund.
- If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply the appropriate parties with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
